Best Backyard Treats

Hi I’m so excited you came back because today, today I’m going to tell the one thing that I love more than cooking which is … BAKING! I especially like to bake when other family’s come over, those thing’s were if you eat it your begging for the recipe. In respect of our local NHL hockey team and the end of there drought I’m making Carolina Hurricanes sugar cookies.     SURGE TOGETHER

First you want to preheat your oven to 375%, next gather all purpose flour, baking powder, sea salt, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, large eggs and finally vanilla extract. Line three sheet pans with parchment paper, now mix together 3 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon sea salt in a bowl. Place 3 sticks butter softened and 1 1/2 cups sugar beat on high till fluffy than add 2 eggs and 1Tablespoon vanilla extract and mix on low. Gently add flour mix and mix till it looks right, then get a bowl with some sugar and role 1 inch. balls and toss in the sugar than lay on the sheet pan and repeat till batters gone or no more space.

Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes and the edges of the cookie are golden than let them sit until completely cool or the cookies will fall apart or couldn’t decorate. Going off topic I’m going to tell you about the NHL eastern playoffs the best team in the NHL and gave up a 3 goal lead and just went down from they’re it was just bad and got swept Tampa Bay-0 Columbus-4. Next I’m going to tell you about the Penguins vs. Islanders and the worse team showed and just got out played Pittsburg-0 New York-4. Next up is the Maple Leafs vs. Bruins where it’s been a good matchup but so far the worst team wants it and is up Toronto-2 Boston-1. Capitals vs. Canes the higher team has the advantage with nether team winning on the road Washington-2 Carolina-1.
